Every morning I wake up at about four. Then I proceed to do my morning routine: scribe, read, exercise, etc. Once all that is done, I begin working on my project for the day. Be it video, writing, recording or even grocery shopping. I’ve found that a solid morning routine not only sets the tempo for the day, it also helps to clear your mind allowing for laser-like focus. Even on days I plan to just relax (no matter how seldom that is) I still make time for my morning routine. I’ve seen the results, it works! Always start your day off, purposefully.
